Any scientist, inventor around the world can offer his/her technology / material for consideration to our Selection Committee. The Selection Committee forms the packages of technologies to be submitted for solution of the concrete tasks in the projects according to our focus and specializations. All the brightest minds of humanity are welcome to participate in Global Consulting.  Both individuals and any business entities can be participants.

The conditions for participation are the following:

The idea presented for consideration must be

(1) Already patented in one or several countries-members to the Patent Cooperation Treaty, or

(2) In current Patent Pending process(es) in one or several countries-members to the Patent Cooperation Treaty, or

(3) Copyrighted AND published in one or several countries-members to the Patent Cooperation Treaty.

The Applicant for participation must present

·          Identification Form, with indication of the project of interest.

For a Company:

Name, Legal Status, Address, Name and Address of Contact Person, Business Tax ID Number, Insurance Number, Proof of Enrolment on a professional or trade register under the conditions stipulated by the legislation of the country in which Company is established.

For Individual Applicants:

Name, Legal Status, Address, Name and Address of Contact Person, Tax ID Number, Proof of Enrolment on a professional or trade register under the conditions stipulated by the legislation of the country in which applicant is established.

For a Company:

Description of the previous experience in the area of expertise.

For Individual Applicants:

Resume, describing academic and professional qualifications of applicant.

·          Abstract and Brief Description of the Invention(s), identifying No. of granted Patent (pending) and publications, necessary Drawings, and the Results of the tests (if any).

Note: Prior to submitting, all materials originally made in the language other than English, must be accompanied with a certified English translation.

The authors, whose technologies and materials have been chosen for the concrete project, will be responded. The authors, whose works were not chosen, will be notified. Global Consulting can offer participation directly to the author(s), whose contribution to the problem is well-known.
